Bad, Bad online Bass lessons!

That reminds me of an article I read about an online course to develop perfect pitch, apparently the course was so full of false facts and misinformation that it would have been more of a hindrance than a help. It's a shame that people out there try and rip people off, but its the internet, it happens all the time.

They call that a lesson?

Well that wasn't a lesson,just an overall talk about the bass.It doesn't even tell you how to use the fingers in order to play.I would find that helpful if i was,a guitarist,drummer,saxophonist etc.,that wanted to know overall stuff about the bass.

that's all I can think to say.

Wow, that's bad. I would be screwed if I used that as a guide for learning the bass!

it's probably a noob guitar player that thought he'd do a bass "lesson"

but it is really sad. they are trying to attract people with "quick learn", and do not think that it can bring damage

It really should have a disclaimer on it of something to that effect.. it'd be longer than the article though. If you look at the related posts at the bottom of the page, you'll find that the other articles about the bass are a near copy paste of the one we're talking about.
